Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. Velvetta cheese, cubed
  • Garlic powder or seasonings of your choice
  • 2 loaves party rye bread

Directions

  1. Cook sausage and beef separately and drain well. Add Velvetta cheese to meat and stir until cheese is melted. Add 2 seasonings such as garlic and oregano or parsley and onion to taste. Spoon mixture onto party rye slices and bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
