Cheese fondue

Ingredients

  • 2 cups light cream (use coffee cream)
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, halved
  • 6 cups or 1 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 Tbs flour
  • dash of salt

Directions

  1. Shred cheese; mix in flour and salt. Make sure all cheese is covered with flour.

  2. In earthenware or Corning Ware saucepan, mix cream, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, & garlic. Heat but DO NOT BOIL. When sauce is hot add cheese, by spoonfuls, waiting for each to melt. Stir constantly, and heat until smooth.
