Mini cheesecakes

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 cookies such as vanilla wafers or Oreos
  • Toppings if desired

Directions

  1. HEAT oven to 350°F. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating on low speed after each just until blended.

  2. PLACE 1 cookie on bottom of each of 12 foil wrappers in muffin cups; cover with cream cheese mixture.

  3. KE 20 min. or until centers are almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours. Makes 12.
