Blintz Souffle

Ingredients

  • 12 frozen blintzes
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 large sour cream
  • 4 tbsp. sugar
  • 4 tbsp. OJ
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of salt

Directions

  1. Place blintzes on the bottom of a 9×13 pan. Melt margarine and pour over blintzes.

  2. Mix eggs, sour cream, sugar, OJ, vanilla and salt.

  3. Pour over blintzes.

  4. Bake 375 for 45-50 minutes.
