Ingredients
- 3 packages cream cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 pint sour cream
- grated lemon rind
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 /4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- Crust: /2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- /2 cup sweet butter
Directions

Beat cheese, add sugar, beat in egg yolks.

Stir in sour cream, flour, vanilla, and lemon until smooth.

Beat egg whites.

Fold in.

Pour into pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Chill overnight.

For crust: Press into pan, chill while preparing filling.
