  • 224g Active Starter
  • 238g Unbleached White Flour
  • 220 Water
  • 7g Salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients.

  2. Knead using the stretch and fold method.

  3. Let rise for 2 to 3 hours.

  4. 475.
