CHRISTMAS RIBBON JELLO SALAD

THIS TAKES SEVERAL HOURS TO COMPLETE BECAUSE EACH LAYER IS DONE SEPARATELY SO IT CAN SET UP BEFORE THE NEXT LAYER IS POURED ON!

Ingredients

  • 1-3 OZ LEMON JELLO
  • 1-3 OZ CHERRY JELLO
  • 1-3 OZ LIME JELLO
  • 3 CUPS BOILING WATER
  • 1-8 OZ PKG CREAM CHEESE
  • 1-8 1/4 OZ CRUSHED PINEAPPLE IN SYRUP
  • 1 C COOL WHIP
  • 1/2 C MAYO
  • 1 1/2 C COLD WATER

Directions

  1. DISSOLVE EACH FLAVOR OF JELLO IN 1 CUP OF BOILING WATER, THEN 3/4 CUP OF COLD (NOT ALL DONE AT THE SAME TIME)

  2. START WITH THE LIME AND POUR IN 9X9 PAN AND LET JELLO SET UP

  3. NEXT DO THE LEMON AND LET IT COOL BUT NOT SET UP

  4. SOFTEN CREAM CHEESE AND GRADUALLY BLEND IT TO THE COOLED LEMON JELLO BEATING UNTIL SMOOTH

  5. ADD PINEAPPLE WITH SYRUP; POUR OVER SET LIME LAYER

  6. NEXT DO THE CHERRY JELLO AND LET IT COOL THEN POUR OVER SET LEMON LAYER
