Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 3 TBSP vinegar (red wine, white wine, sherry, blackberry
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 7 tablespoons olive oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a small jar, mix the vinegar and mustard. Add the olive oil, cap tightly and shake until blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper ,then shake again.

  2. Makes a generous 1/2 cup.
