EGG NOG

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 13 ounces Brandy
  • 26 ounces milk
  • 2 cups light cream
  • 3 cups whipping cream
  • nutmeg

Directions

  1. Separate eggs.

  2. Beat egg yolks and sugar until lemon in colour.

  3. Slowly add Brandy, milk & light cream.

  4. Blend well.

  5. Chill overnight to allow to mellow.

  6. Beat egg whites stiff.

  7. Whip cream until peaks form.

  8. Fold egg whites into whipping cream.

  9. Add to top of mixture.

  10. Garnish with nutmeg
