Corn Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c butter, melted
  • 1 c. self-rising cornmeal
  • 1 tbs. white sugar
  • 1 tbs applesauce

Directions

  1. preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease mini loaf pans.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together corn, sour cream, eggs and melted batter. Gradually stir in the cornmeal, sugar and applesauce. Pour into the prepared pan.

  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
