Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 2 lb sweet potatoes, cut lengthwise in 1/2" wedges
  • 1 T butter or ICBINB
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t splenda
  • 1/4 t black pepper
  • 1/8 t cumin
  • 1/4 t paprika

Directions

  1. Melt butter and pour over potato wedges.

  2. Season potatoes with all the spices.

  3. Spray baking sheet with pam and lay out potato wedges.

  4. Bake at 425 for 20 min or until tender.
