Belgium Salad

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 16 ounces canned corn
  • 16 ounces canned party peas
  • 16 ounces French style green beans
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 1 cup chopped onion

Directions

  1. Heat vinegar, water, pepper, salt, sugar and oil until dissolved

  2. Set aside to cool

  3. Mix corn, peas, green beans, green pepper, pimento and onion in large bowl

  4. Pour dressing over mixture; refrigerate

  5. Serve
