Pizza Crust

Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast (1 packet)
  • 1 cup water (110 degrees)
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Pour dry ingredients and olive oil in bowl. Mix. Add water. Make sure dough is moist, but not sticky.

  2. Knead dough for three minutes.

  3. Allow to rise for 30 to 90 minutes (whatever is convenient).

  4. Place dough in pizza pan.

  5. Top dough with toppings.

  6. Bake at 475 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until done.
