Grandma Muyskens’ Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup margerine
- 1 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup sugar
Directions

Grease and flour angel food pan.

In bowl combine all but last two ingredients.

Then spoon 1/3 of batter in pan. Top with 1/3 of cinnamon sugar mixture.

Repeat to finish enging with sugar mixture last.

Do not preheat oven. Set oven at 350 degrees. Bake 55 minutes.
