Crack

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 c light brown sugar, packed
  • 35-40 saltine crackers
  • 1 1/3 c semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Line bake sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.

  2. Arrange saltines salt side down in even layer without overlaping.

  3. Boil sugar and butter for a few minutes until caramel (no longer than 5 mins)

  4. Pour over crackers and bake for 2 to 4 mins in 425 oven until bubbly but watch closely.

  5. Place in freezer for 20 minutes.

  6. Break into pieces.

  7. Keep in refrigerator.
