Plum Marinade

(from gabegannam’s recipe box)

Ingredients

  • 120 g plum sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
  • 2 tsp ginger, finely grated
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 4 chicken breasts

Directions

  1. Place chicken, plum sauce, five-spices, ginger, garlic and oil in a bowl and toss to coat. Set aside for 20-30 minutes to marinate.

  2. Preheat oven (170ÂșC, fan-forced). Bake chicken in a baking tray for about 30 to 40 minutes, turning twice until cooked through.
