Artichoke Dip

  • 14 oz can artichokes, drained
  • 1 cup fresh grated Parmesan
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • About 1/2 cup mayo
  • Black pepper and tsp dry dill to taste


  1. Mash or place in food processor for smoother consistency.

  2. Toast pitas for scooping.
