Quiche recipe from Karen

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound bacon
  • 1/2 pound sliced Swiss
  • Pastry shell
  • 4 eggs
  • 1T flour
  • 1/2t. Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1-11/4 cup milk
  • 1T melted butter

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 375.

  2. Arrange bacon in alternating layers with cheese in the shell. Beat eggs until blended, and combine flour, salt, and pepper, add milk and butter. Pour egg mixture over bacon and cheese. Bake 40 minutes or until custard is set.
