Momma’s Italian Meatball Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (18 oz) frozen fully cooked italian beef meatballs
  • 4 cups of water
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz) italian style diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 uncooked ditalini
  • 4 tsps (4 cubes) beef bouillon
  • shredded parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Combine meatballs, water, vegetables, tomatoes, pasta and bouillon in a large saucepan; cover and bring to a boil.

  2. Reduce heat; simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.

  3. Serve covered with parmesan cheese
