MINTY FROZEN YOGURT SHAKE

Ingredients

  • 2 well-packed cups of slightly softened vanilla frozen yogurt (or low-fat or soy ice cream)
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk, soy milk, or almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure peppermint extract
  • 2-4 drops of green food coloring (or more, if you want the color greener!)

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until mixture is smooth and well-blended–you may need to stop the blender and stir with a spoon to help blend the ingredients if you don’t have a high-power blender.

  2. That’s all there is to it!
