Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

  • 6 oz blue cheese, crumbled (1 1/2 c)
  • 1 c light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c half & half or light cream
  • 1/4 c white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp coarsely ground pepper

Directions

  1. Measure all ingredients into blender & blend until creamy.

  2. Pour dressing into a large joar w/ tight fitting lid.

  3. Refirgerate until ready to use, up to 3 days.

  4. Shake well before using.
