Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients

  • 2 c. milk
  • 5 eggs
  • grated cheddar cheese
  • diced ham or bacon
  • pastry shell

Directions

  1. Beat eggs well. Add milk, beat just 2 minutes.

  2. Mix in cheese and meat.

  3. Pour into pastry shell. Bake in 425 degree oven for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean in center.

  4. Let sit for 10 minutes before cutting.
