(from JulieW8’s recipe box)

Chewy and yummy cookie that’s mostly oatmeal. Instead of or in addition to raisins, try dried cranberries and/or cherries.

  • 1 c granulated sugar
  • 1 c packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs

  2. In large bowl or mixer, beat butter, peanut butter and sugars until creamy. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla.

  3. Stir in flour mixture, then oats, chocolate pieces and raisins.

  4. This dough is very thick! I recommend a heavy-duty mixer.

  5. Drop onto ungreased baking sheets.

  6. Bake 350 for 15 minutes or until done.

  7. Makes 42 cookies.
