Pepperoni-Cheese Breadsticks

Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 cups Original Bisquick
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 ounces)
  • 1 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 package (3 ounces) sliced pepperoni, chopped
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Grease 2 cookie sheets.

  3. Stir all ingredients except Parmesan cheese until dough forms.

  4. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls into Parmesan cheese.

  5. Roll in cheese to coat.

  6. Roll into 8-inch breadsticks.

  7. Place about 1 1/2 inches apart on cookie sheets.

  8. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
