Diane’s Pork Chop Bake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped broccoli (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup grated cheese (cheddar or Italian blend)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp ground sage
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4-6 thick portion pork chops (boneless)

Directions

  1. epare 2 cups white rice (instant or other) per instructions. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients (except pork chops). When thoroughly mixed, transfer to 9×12 glass baking dish and smooth top flat. Place pork chops on surface of mixture, spacing evenly. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. (You can also dust the top of the pork chops and mixture with your choice of seasonings, seasoned bread crumbs, or parmesan cheese before baking).
