Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked & mashed sweet potatoes
- 3/4 c white sugar
- 1/3 softened butter
- 2 1/3 eggs (don't know how to 1/3 an egg)
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/2 c milk
- 1 c flaked coconut
- 1/3 c flour
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 1/3 melted butter
Directions

Combine potatoes with white sugar, soft butter, beaten eggs, vanilla and milk. Spoon into 2 qt. baking dish.

Combine coconut, flour, brown sugar, chopped nuts and melted butter. Sprinkle on the top of potatoes.
