4 Cheese Lasagnia

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz) pkg wide noodles
  • 1 (1 1/2 oz) envelope spaghetti sauce mix
  • 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
  • 1 lb ground beef (lean)
  • 1 egg (slightly beaten)
  • 1 1/2 c large curd cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 (6-12 oz) pkg grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c grated cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Cook noodles in boiling water with salt until tender.

  3. Drain.

  4. Brown ground beef.

  5. Prepare spaghetti sauce according to pkg directions using tomato paste.

  6. Add meat & simmer.

  7. Combine egg, cottage cheese, & salt.

  8. In greased 10×6×1 1/2 in baking dish alternate layers of noodle, sauce, cottage cheese mix, mozzarella cheese, & Parmesan cheese.

  9. Repeat.

  10. Top with cheddar cheese.
