Salmon Loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 cans salmon
  • 3/4 c milk
  • 3 c bread or cracker crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp celery (chopped)
  • Lump of butter

Directions

  1. Make ingredients into a loaf.

  2. Bake in loaf pan or glass corning ware on 350 degrees.
