Italian Sausage

Should be lightly brown when done.

Cook time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 12 pieces of sausage
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 can mushrooms (optional)

Directions

  1. Cut sausage into 3 inch pieces.

  2. Cut green pepper into thin strips.

  3. Dice the onion.

  4. Open & drain can of mushrooms.

  5. Spray baking dish with Pam.

  6. Arrange vegetables & sausage in baking dish.

  7. Bake at 375 degrees.

  8. Turn over meat.

  9. Finish baking.
