Ingredients

  • Ingredients (1 serving):
  • - 30 g oats
  • - 2 egg whites
  • - 1/2 scoop (20g) protein powder (using micellar casein will make them more moist, using whey will make them more dry)
  • - 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder or raw cocoa (optional if you want a strong chocolate flavour)

  2. - Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
  3. - Spray a skillet with non-stick spray and heat to medium.
  4. - Pour the mixture into the skillet and spread it out with a spoon to a pancake shape or a few smaller pancakes (or make them in a special pan for little pancakes)
  5. - Cook for a few minutes until you can shake the pancake free in the pan
  6. - Flip and cook the other side
