Soaked Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tblsp yoghurt/vinegar/whey/lemon juice

Directions

  1. Soak oats overnight in water & your choice of acidic additive above in order to increase digestibility.

  2. In the morning add 1/2 cup of milk & pinch of salt and cook.

  3. Serve with butter & coconut sugar/maple syrup
