Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, 1/8 cup yogurt, 3 tbsp tahini, juice of 1.5 lemons, 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 tsp cumin, 4 tbsp reserved chickpea liquid, 3 mint leaves, few sprigs fresh parsley chopped for garnish, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper to garnish, olive oil for garnish, salt

Directions

  1. Blend all but garnish ingredients together. Place in bowl and garnish.
