Sfeeha meat pies

Ingredients

  • 250g ground beef, 1/2 onion chopped, 1 large tomato chopped, 1 dsp tomato paste, Chili flakes, Black pepper, cumin, coriander, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom, 1/4 cup pine nuts, lemon juice, pinch cayenne, Dried mint.
  • Yeast free dough recipe.

Directions

  1. Make dough. Pre heat oven to 240 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and sauté for 2 min. Have a small ramekin of water next to u. Spray and line a baking sheet. Form dough into balls. Roll balls into small 5 inch circles. Place 1 tbsp stuffing in the centre and wet 1 cm of dough circumference with your finger or a pastry brush. Take 2 sides of dough circle and pinch with finger and thumb. Repeat to creat four corners. Brush dough with powdered milk dissolved in water. Bake for 10 minutes and broil for one.
