Monkey Bread

Ingredients

  • Buns
  • 780g plain flour
  • 6 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 170g marg
  • 540ml soya milk
  • Cinnamon dipping sauce
  • 4 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 340g sugar
  • 225g marg
  • 300g soft light brown sugar
  • Glaze
  • 140g icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp water

Directions

  1. Oven to 180C

  2. Make buns.

  3. out dough. Cut into 2.5cm squares

  4. Roll each square in cinnamon sugar.

  5. Pack into a bundt tin

  6. Melt marg and sugar. Pour over the buns in the tin.

  7. Bake. Leave to cool for 30 mins.

  8. Make glaze. Drizzle over the top.
