Fried Dough Balls and Salsa

Ingredients

  • Balls
  • 450g flour
  • 5ml yeast
  • 30ml parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salsa
  • 30ml oil
  • 6 chillies
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1" ginger root
  • 450g tomatoes
  • 1 pinch sugar

Directions

  1. Make dough and knead 10 mins.

  2. Allow to rise 1 hour

  3. Puree salsa.

  4. Simmer 15 mins but DO NOT BOIL

  5. Form 40 balls and fry 4-5 mins
