Chicken Milano

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 cup jarred sun dried tomatoes, chopped and drained
  • 1 cup lower-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tbsps. chopped fresh basil
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 packages of chicken ramen noodles with 1 seasoning packet

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet; add chicken and garlic and cook until chicken is done, 10 to 15 minutes. Add tomatoes, chicken broth, basil and pepper. Simmer over low heat for five minutes.

  2. Cook noodles in water according to pkg. directions; drain; Add 1 seasoning packet. Serve chicken mixture over warm noodles.
