Tuan Salad with Lemon Aioli

Ingredients

  • 3 (12 oz) cans solid white tuna in spring water, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 English cucumber, cut in half moon shaped slices
  • 1 large granny smith apple, diced
  • 1/2 cup minced red onion
  • Lemon Aioli

Directions

  1. Lemon Aioli: Stir together 1/2 cup mayo, 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley, 2 tsps. lemon zest, 2 tbsps. fresh lemon juice, 1 garlic clove, pressed, 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper.

  2. Stir together all ingredients. Cover and chill 2 hours.
