Lemon Tahini Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • kale (1 bunch, torn in bite size pieces)
  • 2 T tahini
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 - 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 2-3 green onions
  • 1/2 bunch herbs (cilantro, parsley)
  • water, to thin (as needed)

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients (except kale) in food processor. Blend.

  2. Toss kale in dressing to coat each piece.

  3. hydrate for 4 hours at 100.

  4. Yum!
