Chiffon Cake

Ingredients

  • 250g Flour
  • 2.5g Baking Powder
  • 7.5g Salt
  • 200g Sugar
  • 100g Oil
  • 115g Egg Yolks
  • 225g Water
  • 200g Egg Whites
  • .5 tsp. Cream of Tartar
  • 150g Sugar

Directions

  1. Sift Dry ingredients together in a large bowl

  2. Combine wet ingredients in a medium bowl.

  3. Add to dry ingredients.

  4. Whip Egg Whites, Cr. of Tartar, and Sugar until stiff peaks form.

  5. Fold into other ingredients.

  6. Bake
