Beast Burgers

Beasty BBQ Sauce

Ingredients 3 tomatoes, diced 1 white onion, diced 4 cloves of garlic, diced 1 6 ounce can of tomato paste 1 cup beef stock 2 tbsp dijon mustard 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp sweet paprika 1 tsp sea salt 1 tsp cayenne 1 can of diced pineapple (8 ounces for not to sweet, 20 ounce for sweeter) Instructions Combine all ingredients above in a sauce pan and place on stove over medium heat stirring frequently Once your sauce starts to boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 60 minutes Once your sauce has simmered, turn off the heat and pour your sauce into a blender or food processor and run until you get a nice smooth sauce consistency Return to the pan to keep warm or place on the food of your choice Store in the refrigerator Enjoy

  • 1 Lb Grass Fed Beef
  • 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
  • A batch of Beasty BBQ Sauce, link in directions

Directions

  1. eheat your grill to medium high 2. In a mixing bowl, combine your delicious 100% Grass Fed Ground Beef with all of your dry spices and mix well 3. Using your hands, make 2 patties about 1/2 inch thick 4. Your grill should be warm, go place your burgers on the grill and brush the top side with a generous coating of the Beasty BBQ Sauce 5. Once you flip your burgers to cook on the other side, baste again with the Beasty BBQ Sauce 6. Cook until done and then serve with anything of your choice, my burgers were too delicious to get any company, I ate them both by myself on the plate and called it Lunch -
