Ingredients

  • 2 Nori sheets
  • Thinly sliced raw beef - I used Rouladen cut
  • 4 small bunches leafy greens - I used Shanghai Bok Choy
  • Sliced button mushrooms.
  • Butter for saute and frying
  • Instructions

Directions

  1. Step one:

  2. Fry the beef slices. In glorious puddles of buttah! Make sure you season them with some salt and pepper though.

  3. It only takes a minute on each side. Put aside on a plate.

  4. Step two:

  5. Fry dem mushrooms! In butter, of course.

  6. Step three:

  7. Sauté the bok choy. GUESS WHAT WE’RE USING FOR THIS. Butter!

  8. Step four:

  9. We’re gonna assemble stuff now. Order doesn’t matter, but putting the beef down first will make eating and rolling it easier.

  10. .Beef → greens → mushrooms + pan juices.

  11. .Step five:

  12. .Roll that ish up. Tuck one end of the beef over before you start; and roll it. Honestly, you can roll it however you like! I did it like a burrito, and folded up one end before rollin’.

  13. .Tip: Seal the roll by running a wet finger (or brush, what do I care) along the underside edge to kinda paste it together.
