Ingredients

  • broccoli
  • onions
  • tofu (or chicken or shrimp or sliced meat)
  • 1 Tb minced garlic
  • 1 Tb minced ginger
  • 1/2 c water
  • 2 Tb soy

Directions

  1. Saute veg.

  2. Add protein along with seasonings, water.

  3. Finish
