No-Knead Challah

Ingredients

  • 1-3/4 c water
  • 1-1/2 TB yeast
  • 1-1/2 TB salt (add 15 min later)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c honey
  • 1/2 c melted butter
  • 7 c flour

Directions

  1. Mix everything but salt, adding that 15min later.

  2. Let rest til dough rises and collapses – ~2hr.

  3. Refrigerate or freeze if over 5 days.

  4. Braid, rise.

  5. 350/~25min
