BAKED PIEROGI CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 16oz frozen pierogis
  • 2-3 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/41/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chopped green onions optional

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees

  2. Lightly spray 13X9 baking dish with non stick spray.

  3. Arrange frozen Piergis in dish.

  4. In saucepan mix cream cheese and chicken broth.; Stir frequently until cheese is melted and smooth

  5. Pour mixture over pierogis.

  6. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese

  7. Bake 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and pierogis are heated through

  8. Garnish with crumbled bacon and chives.
