Mini Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cocao powder
  • 1/4 c. coconut oil
  • 1/4 c. pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 c. all natural, organic peanut butter
  • 12 mini cupcake wrappers

Directions

  1. Mix cocao pwder, cocunut iol, and maple syrup in a small bowl until smooth consistancy.

  2. Place a small spoonful of the chocolate on bottom of cupcake wrappers.

  3. Add small scoop of p. butter to chocolate and spread evenly.

  4. Top the p. butter with a small scoop of choclate mix: spread evenly.

  5. Place cupcake pan in freezer.

  6. Serve once hardened and chillled (1 hour).
