Ingredients
- 2 c finely chp chicken
- 1 c thick white sauce
- lemon juice
- cilantro or parsley
- nutmeg
Directions

Combine, season w/s&p, etc. I used a bit of mustard, cajun seasoning.

Pat into pan. Chill several hours.

Small squares.

Flour, egg, bread crumbs.

Spread olive oil on cookie sheet, and drizzle bit of oil on top of croquettes.

350 or 375/ til brown on underside, turn.

Serve with sauce or ketchup.
