Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 4 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 5-6 teaspoons milk

Directions

  1. In large bowl, cream butter until light and fluffy.

  2. Beat in confectioner’s sugar, vanilla and enough milk to achieve desired consistency.

  3. Makes about 3 cups.
