Potato crusted quiche

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cup triple cheddar cheese
  • 4 green onions, sliced

Directions

  1. at oven to 375.

  2. Pat hash browns dry with paper towels; place in bowl. Add butter and mix lightly. Press onto bottom and up side of 9 inch pie plate.

  3. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.

  4. Meanwhile, whisk eggs and milk in medium bowl until blended. Stir in sour cream, then cheese and onions.

  5. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. Pour filling into crust. Bake 30 minutes or until center is set and crust is golden brown.

  6. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
