Layered Strawberry cheesecake bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 3 Tbs. sugar
  • 2 package softened Neufchatel cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 1 package (3.4 ounce) Jello vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 cups thawed cool whip lite whipped topping, divided
  • 2 cups frozen pound cake cubes (one inch)
  • 1 square Bakers semi sweet chocolate

Directions

  1. Combines berries and sugar. Refrigerate until ready to use.

  2. Beat Neufchatel cheese with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk.

  3. Add pudding mix. Mix well.

  4. Blend 1 1/2 cups Cool whip. Spoon half into 2 1/2 quart bowl.

  5. Top with cake, berries, and remaining Neufchatel cheese mixture. Refrigerate 4 hours.

  6. Melt chocolate; drizzle over dessert. Top with remaining cool whip.
