- 1 whole chicken
- tin foil
- non stick spray
- Take 5-6 sheets of tin foil and make them into balls. Spray crock pot and place tin foil on the bottom. Season chicken as desired. Spray top of the tin foil balls with non stick spray and then place chicken, breast side down on the foil. Cook on low for 6
